An Archive of Australian Health Promotion Videos

The Australian response to HIV has been internationally hailed. Rates of HIV among people who inject drugs has remained very low since the 1990s. This didn't happen by chance. The Australian harm reduction sector employed innovative strategies to reach their target audiences. Follow the link below to watch a collection of 26 harm reduction videos produced by Australian health and community-based organisations produced in the early days of the Australian HIV response. This collection was curated by Gary Gahan, Coordinator, Harm Minimisation & Hepatitis C Programs I HIV/AIDS & Related Programs Unit, South East Sydney and Illawarra Local Health District. CSRH is proud to host this collection.
